During the initial appointment you will begin to explore ways to improve aspects of your current relationships, thinking and emotional patterns, career goals, education, etc..  A typical follow up session with Dr. Laird would generally consist of thought provoking conversation aimed at facilitating insight or learning, combined with various strategies and techniques to apply in your daily life in order to evoke positive change.

Treatment is tailored to address individual needs using a variety of psychological techniques including:
